Jennifer Sheu RN, MSN, NP-C is a nationally board-certified and state-licensed Nurse Practitioner trained in a wide variety of cosmetic/aesthetic procedures. She received her undergraduate degree from UC San Diego in the field of Animal Physiology and Neuroscience/Biology. Following UCSD, she attended the Family Nurse Practitioner Program at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing in Nashville, TN and graduated top of her class with honors with her Masters in Science degree in Nursing. Jen completed her clinical training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center with top plastic surgeons and dermatologists. She has trained in cosmetic dermatology with the world’s best plastic surgeons worldwide and has also extensively trained with the best and brightest plastic surgeons and dermatologists in Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, and Santa Monica.

Jen’s extensive knowledge and skilled techniques complement the work of Skin Remedies and she believes in the “less is best” philosophy. She believes in a natural appearance and will never go overboard with fillers or neuromodulators making you look “puffy” or odd looking. Her motto is to make a person look younger and feel younger, but still retain their own individuality and never the cookie-style look where you resemble everyone else.

Her ideology is to maintain your aesthetic goals within a natural boundary and assist those wanting a non-surgical approach to self-improvement with a funny and gentle bedside manner. With her extensive cosmetic and clinical dermatology expertise, Jen sees a vast array of patients, both locally and internationally, to ensure they look and feel their absolute best. She also has a large following of patients in Southern California that follows her wherever she goes as trust in working on someone’s skin needs to be earned, not given.
